To log in to the app, you need the Apple ID you used to set up SEED. And visit iforgot.apple.com if you need to update your Apple ID or password.
Register using the same Apple ID and password you use with SEED. If you don’t have SEED access yet, follow the prompts in your invitation to sign up for SEED first. Then use your new login to register for the event.
The iOS app is supported on devices with iOS 13 or later. The mobile web app is supported on Safari with iOS 9 or later, Google Chrome 70 or later, and Microsoft Edge 40 or later. Mobile users on iOS 13 or later will be automatically redirected to the native app.
Yes. SEED is a native app for iOS and iPadOS, as well as a web app compatible with Safari, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. You can access your content across devices.
Different languages are available in different countries. To choose from the languages available in your country, go to your Profile screen, then click (or tap) Set Language. Not all content is available in all languages, but content is offered in your preferred language whenever possible.
The SEED app is free, but fees may apply when downloading content over a cellular network.
The SEED app is for people who sell Apple products. Access is by invitation only.
The app is approximately 50 MB. Download times vary depending on connection speed.
Once installed, the app may take additional space for cached files. To clear cached files, go to your Profile screen, click (or tap) Report an Issue, then Clear Cache.
You can access the Terms of Service from your Profile screen in the SEED app.
